  1) The construction manual supplied with the Whisper kit/s may only be used to assemble one aircraft (serial number as supplied by Whisper Aircraft) 2) The Whisper is an “amateur built” aircraft assembled by the builder under conditions beyond the control of Whisper Aircraft and as such the airworthiness of the aircraft is the responsibility of the builder. 3) The “suitability for use in an aircraft” of all components in the Whisper (including parts supplied by Whisper Aircraft) is the responsibility of the builder. 4) Amendments and corrections to the manual/s will be supplied by Whisper Aircraft to builders in electronic format. It is the builders’ responsibility to amend the manual and provide Whisper Aircraft with updated postal and email addresses 5) All information on this website and in the manual/s is the property of Whisper Aircraft and may not be reproduced in any form (electronic or otherwise) without the written consent of Whisper Aircraft
